California's Building Code & Reference Books

The North Coast Builders Exchange is constantly looking to update the Reference Library and have the latest code and reference books and information available to its membership. Members can place their orders for code or reference books through NCBE, have their order shipped to them and have their accounts charged for their orders. Much of the code and reference material is also available on CD ROM.

2007 California Building Code, Title 24 Part 1

This is the California Administrative Code, which provides information that
relates to the implementation and enforcement of the standards found in the
remaining portions of the code. Part 1 also describes the California Building
Standards Commission’s procedures for building standards approval and appeals 
and contains the administrative regulations of adopting agencies that 
implement or enforce building standards.
